Frank H. Wu, dean of Wayne State's Law School, will deliver the keynote address titled "Building Coalitions across Racial Boundaries," at the fifth annual Ottawa Summit on Racism, to be held Feb. 15 at Hope College. Wu says many Asian-Americans are regarded as foreigners even if they never have been abroad and English is the only language they speak.
